Hello beauties, today’s post is featuring a breakfast I’ve been eating for a week already, and I love it. I got inspired by Karena and Katrina (I love those girls, you can find them on Instagram HERE). I’m a big supporter of healthy eating and lifestyle (I do love junk food, but I’m trying to control myself).
As you may know, I work out so I burn calories, but I’ve noticed that If I eat junk food or lots of bread, I start bloating. For that reason, I’m trying to get inspiration for healthy eating. The meal I’m sharing with you is very easy to make, and it doesn’t taste as bad as I thought at the beginning (my husband didn’t like it because of the taste of the protein powder).
Just remember that you can always substitute an ingredient you don’t like with the one you do (make sure it’s still healthy).
Ingredients you need to prepare this meal:
1/2 Banana
2 Strawberries
1/2 Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Cocoa Nibs
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Scoop Protein Powder ( I used RAW Protein Vanilla from Whole Foods)
2 tbsp Quinoa Crisps – If you don’t know how to make it follow the instructions:
Let’s get started
- Preheat over to 350˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the cooked quinoa across the parchment to a single layer. Roast for about 30 minutes or until crispy. …
- Toss with truffle salt, or keep plain to use as a condiment.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
Protein powder, cacao powder, cocoa nibs, chia seeds, coconut flakes.

Enjoy this delicious and healthy meal.
